good size dog friendly treat pack bathroom smell needed attention overall experience

the room was a really good size. i loved that the hotel was dog friendly. our pooch got a great little gift pack with all sorts of treats. breakfast was decent.

our bathroom had a bit of a smell. it was not good. i also noted some areas that needed attention. overall, the experience could improve.

it was a superior room, super spacious, and everything felt clean. the staff were all amazing and friendly, especially kyle. He worked so hard but always smiled. the food in the restaurant was delicious, i loved the selection!

the mattress was two single beds pushed together, i noticed a slight discomfort in the middle.

The hotel is located conveniently close to paultons park, i drove there in about ten minutes. This. the gardens around the hotel are beautiful, it's perfect for a morning walk.

I enjoyed the convenience of parking located around the back of the building it was well-lit and easy to access. The staff were friendly and helpful adding positively to my visit. My room was larger than expected providing ample space.

The shower took a few minutes to warm up.
